Facilitator Registration

Registration opens January 5, 2026. Please read the form carefully and be sure to answer all questions so your registration can be processed properly.  All teams will have 3 facilitators, one Team Coach and the CYL Program Manager. The deadline to apply as a Facilitator is February 15, 2026.
